Here you can purchase a new hosting package or view and pay invoices for your current hosting package. We also have an FAQ section and a HelpDesk so that we can more easily answer any questions you might have.
If you are a new client who wants to purchase hosting with us, please click on the "Order" button in the menu above. There you can sign up for one of our hosting packages. You do not need to log in to place an order. In the ordering process, you will create an account at our Client Center which you can use in the future.

Current Customers: Current customers must log into your account to view an invoice or submit a help ticket. Your username and password are the same as your cPanel username and password. If you no longer have this info, please contact us and we will resend your account info.
Please note that we have an emergency helpline for clients needing immediate help. Email us at help@websync.biz for the fastest response. This is for dire emergencies only, otherwise please submit a support ticket through our HelpDesk.
Direct Payments: New and current customers can make direct payments through PayPal by clicking on the "Payments" button in the menu above. You do not need to be logged in to the client center to make a direct payment. Please note the price on the invoice or order form and fill it in on the secure payment page to complete your transaction. We accept payments from all major credit cards as well as your PayPal account.
Domain Management: If you bought a domain through Swank Web Hosting and need to change your contact infomation or nameservers please log into Domain Management. Typically your password will be the same as your cpanel password. If you no longer have this info, please contact us and we will resend your account info.
